First of all, we would like to wish the Zetly community a happy and prosperous year ahead. 2022 was an amazing year for us and we firmly believe that 2023 will be even better. A big thank you to everyone for being a part of the team and for your continued support.

It’s been some time since our last update, and we would like to share with you all the amazing things that happened in Zetly last year 2022, the progress we have made, and what our plans are for this coming year 2023.

Below is a list of some of our recent achievements, many of which are significant milestones for the project and a testament to our hard work.

We have secured partnerships with some of the largest exchanges and launchpads, which means that Zetly is now one of the largest projects in the market awaiting its IDO.

1/15 IDO Date

As you may already be aware, the current market conditions are uncertain therefore we have decided to hold onto our decision regarding the date of our IDO. We are also exploring the possibility of conducting pre-sale rounds before the IDO. We will keep our community updated, so stay tuned!

We are currently in contact with 30 launchpads, out of which we have confirmed 11 for our IDO. This is more than enough to fill our IDO allocation, but we plan to add a few smaller ones in order to reach a wider community outreach and have more options to choose from. We will be evaluating all proposals, including marketing deals and packages, and will announce partnerships and prepare marketing campaigns with those that best suit our needs.

After our IDO, we are targeting a token listing on centralized exchanges. The good news is that Zetly earned a lot of credibility and is well-regarded by exchanges, which gives us a good chance of getting our ZET token listed on some of the biggest exchanges in the world. However, listing on all of them would require a substantial amount of liquidity, market-making, and listing fees.

So, it all depends on the funds available at that time.

Below is a list of all the partnerships that we have announced in 2022 :

Lots of new Partnerships will be announced in the near future in Q1 and Q2. These partnerships will further solidify Zetly’s position in the market and enhance our offering. We are excited to reveal more details about them in the coming months leading up to the IDO.

We are currently in the process of building a team of sports advisors in Africa, based on established contacts with our CEO Glijer Michal when he was a speaker during the World Football Summit Africa in Durban South Africa. This will help us expand Zetly’s reach and presence in this market in the future.

We have seen great success in our Zetly community channels and have built a solid foundation. We currently run our Telegram groups and social media channels in five languages: Polish, English, Turkish, Arabic, and German. These channels are supervised by a team of 10 administrators, who help eliminate spam and promote organic activity by running various types of competitions and online activities. They are from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan, India, the Philippines, and Poland.

We currently have agreements in place with a few entities whose main task is to introduce and connect Zetly to as many venture capitalists, and business angels as possible through our ongoing token private sale. Currently, we are waiting for the market to improve, and be more optimistic. Zetly will be presented to several hundred VCs in the next upcoming months.

Our strategic financial advisor Chris Nielsen and his team (PoE) is responsible for conducting our equity sale rounds, and investment proposals have been sent to many potential investors. Unfortunately, the current market situation and lack of regulations in the crypto space have made the process much more difficult than it was a year ago, and it requires more patience, especially as Zetly is in the pre-MVP stage. Despite this, we are optimistic and believe it’s just a matter of time before an initial investor appears.

Together with our US Technology Partner Transmira Inc. Michal Glijer and Robert Rice both created a Pilot Program dedicated to 1–3 major sports brands. Information about the idea and program presentation with details through our network contacts in sports has been sent to many major Sports Clubs in Europe. We are currently in talks with several sports clubs that are interested in implementing our Sport Metaverse Digital Twin solutions.

We have started work on a brand new version of the project website, as well as Zetly Academy — the educational part of our project, and our first NFT marketplace related to the Zetly Memorabilia module.

The main focus of this manual is on how to prepare sports marketing activities and strategies for entering the Web3 space. It will be an internal document and will be available only to our Sport Partners.

We have held a series of meetings and workshops with lawyers over the past few months, which have resulted in the creation of an organizational and legal structure for the project, aimed at optimizing legal issues and operational security for the entire company ecosystem. The legal department is currently working on Token legal opinion.

Along with our marketing team, we came up with an idea for the Zetly Brand Hero/Mascot, which will be an Eagle. We are currently working and have partnered with an agency from Ukraine that will deliver the final design as an NFT. We plan to release the whole collection so stay tuned!

Last year was also busy with our trips and conference participation. Our CEO Michal Glijer was invited to be a speaker at a few events: the major BSV Global Convention in Dubai, World Football Summit Africa in Durban and Invest Cuffs in Cracow moreover we have been on other Blockchain, Metaverse, and other Web3 Events, which resulted in new partnerships, a number of new contacts, both in terms of technology and sports. Bottom Line

„As you can see, quite a lot has happened for us in 2022, many things may not be fully visible to everyone, but we assure you that we are working every day and the greater your support, the faster we move forward and more efficiently achieve our milestones.

To conclude, the year 2022 was a great year for Zetly, but we believe that 2023 will be even better. With the current progress and plans in place, we are confident that we will achieve our goals and bring our project to the next level. We are excited to reveal more details about our upcoming IDO, partnerships, and developments in the coming months.

Together, we will be a part of shaping the future of fan engagement in the sports industry” — Michal Glijer said.
